Call for expressions of interest - Skills and professions of the future
Supported by the State as part of the call for expressions of interest Skills and jobs of the future and financed by the General Secretariat for Investment, it aims to increase the greening of jobs in the Hotel-Catering and agricultural sector in response to the needs of agri-food actors by: optimizing local supply chains (agriculture), promoting local processing (agri-food), supporting cooks towards new food practices (hotel-catering).

Greening of jobs in the hospitality and agricultural sectors in response to the needs of agri-food stakeholders
Alongside GIP FIPAN, the Campus of Trades and Qualifications for Gastronomy, Hospitality and Tourism in Occitanie, CRIPT, CRES PACA, GRAINE Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, ARIA Sud and the University of Côte d'Azur, CMQe TIH aims to mobilize, raise awareness and train private and institutional actors in the agri-food, agricultural and hospitality sectors.
In 2024, the 2nd edition took place in Marseille at the Jean Paul PASSEDAT high school.
Between a morning conference, a culinary competition, a lunch prepared by the students of the high school, a lacto-fermentation workshop, a workshop on composting and a screening of the documentary “Sur le champ!”: we highlighted the importance of healthy, local and environmentally friendly food, creating a privileged space for exchange between professionals, high school students, apprentices and trainees from the South PACA region.
